iNSys has provided a total service solution, covering from design, development, customization, installation to deployment services to implement a Wealth Partaking Scheme Backend System (WPS) for Financial Services Bureau (DSF) of the Macao SAR. WPS aims to manage and keep track of the annual distribution of Wealth Partaking Scheme with recording of the situation of each eligible beneficiary in every year.

iNSys offered a total service solution, including design, development, customization, installation to deployment services, to establish a Bet-by-Bet Tracking System (BBTS) for GLP to record and track VIP Players and each of their bet records along with the result (Banker/Player win or tie), bet amount and payoff information at the gaming table.

GLP adopts our Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) at the same time to display game results with improvement of patrons’ gaming experience. BBTS also integrated with BSB and PCMS to retrieve data from both with the reduction of data input workload. The systems have successfully go-live in October 2023.

City of Dreams (CoD) Mediterranean is Cyprus’s first integrated casino resort featuring a variety of dining, live performances, and an 80,000 sq ft casino floor with around 100 gaming tables and 1,000 slots.

With the opening in June 2023, Playing Card Management System (PCMS) is launched to manage and keep track their daily consumptions and operation of playing cards. iNSys team provided standby remote support to ensure the smooth operation & successful go-live for PCMS during the opening period.

New Orient Landmark Hotel (formerly The Landmark Macau), opened in 2003, is a five-star deluxe hotel and the official hotel of the 50th Macau Grand Prix Golden Jubilee, featuring dinning and banquet, leisure shopping and an ancient Egypt themed Landmark Casino.

iNSys implemented Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) for Landmark to display baccarat games results with a visual guide of the trends or ways of current shoes to enhance players' experience. The system is successfully go-lived and smoothly operated in June 2023.

Crown London Aspinalls casino (“Crown London”), founded in 1992, is an exclusive private members club offering a variety of dining options, a main gaming floor, poker tournaments, and private gaming rooms.

Crown London has switched to our Playing Card Management System (PCMS) for managing and tracking their card operations. iNSys team provided on-site support and migrated old system data to minimize the impact on converting to PCMS.

Emperors Palace Casino, situated at the heart of downtown Macau within the sophisticated and luxurious Grand Emperor Hotel exuding a European imperial ambiance, encompasses approximately 70 gaming tables with a wide range of popular games. The casino utilizes our Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) to display game results. iNSys team provided on-site support services to ensure smooth deployment and successful system go-live.

Grand Lisboa Palace ("GLP") Resort Macau is the newest member of Sociedade de Jogos de Macau S.A. ("SJM") brand. The resort has casino with approximately 700 gaming tables and 2,000 slot machines, hotel, event and meeting venues and so on. With the opening on 30 July 2021, the solutions are launched at the same time.

GLP adopts a few of our Gaming and Hospitality, as well as HR solutions:

• Gaming Equipment Management System (GEMS) manages and track gaming equipment and devices to ensure the security and integrity of gaming.

Jeju Dream Tower casino ("DTIR") is an integrated resort on Jeju Island, Korea. Its casino encompasses over 150 tables. DTIR adopts our Playing Card Management System (PCMS) to manage and keep track of their huge daily consumptions and operation of playing cards. To ensure the smooth operation & successful go-live, iNSys team provided standby remote support for PCMS during the opening period in June 2021.

Crown Sydney, opened in December 2020, is a leisure and entertainment complex with accommodation, pool and spa facilities, and a casino capable of approximately 160 gaming tables. To cope with the huge daily consumptions of playing cards, Crown Sydney adopts our Playing Card Management System (PCMS) to facilitate casino administration in managing gaming card operational workflows with security enhanced.

The Government Printing Bureau of the Macao SAR (IO) has adopted our Asset Management Information System (AMIS) to track and manage their assets in year 2017 then upgraded to AMIS 3.0 in the year 2020. AMIS 3.0 applies RFID/Barcode System to support the fix assets stock take and control process with lower manual workloads and higher date accuracy.

MTR Railway Operations (Macau) Company Limited (“MTR Macau”) is in charge of the operations and maintenance services of the Macau Light Rapid Transit (Macau LRT) Taipa Line. iNSys automates the Stock Taking process for MTR Macau's huge amount of Fixed Asset based on RFID Technology and Mobile Devices. MTR Macau can reduce the heavy workload and increase the efficiency of fixed assets stock take process inspite of the large areas of dispersed location and amount of assets.

Lisboeta, a new Integrated Resort with hotel and a 200-gaming-table-sized casino located in Cotai Macau. Lisboeta adpots our fully automated Playing Card Management System (PCMS) to cope with the huge daily consumptions of playing cards as well as Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) to display Baccarat table game results. iNSys provided training and support service to ensure the systems are READY for Go-Live.

iNSys has provided a total service solution, including design, development and customization, installation and deployment services to build a Security Resource and Task Allocation System (SRAS) for both Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Security teams to enhance efficiency of their tasks and resources pairing and allocation operations.

Macau Fisherman's Wharf is an integrated waterfront, hotel, convention and entertainment complex featuring Babylon Casino and Legend Palace Hotel Casino. Babylon Casino encompasses 55 gaming tables and Legend Palace Casino has 70 gaming tables. Both casinos adopt our Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) to display game results for their Baccarat tables.

Wynn Palace launched a jackpot programs to attract Patron’s interest and promote gaming business. To support the jackpot program, iNSys has and provided a total service solution, including design, development and customization, installation and deployment services, to build an automated Table Bonus Jackpot System (TBJ) for Wynn Palace.

Jeju Shinhwa World is a fully integrated South Korean resort located on Jeju Island. The resort has a casino, multiple theme parks and hotels.

The Landing Casino in Jeju Shinhwa World is the 2nd casino in Jeju Island that adopts PCMS to manage their card operations. During the opening period of Landing Casino in February 2018, iNSys team provided 24x7 on-site support for PCMS to ensure the card operation is smooth and system go-live is successful.

MGM Cotai, which features approximately 175 table games and 1,500 slot machines, was opened on 13 February 2018. It adopts our Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) to display game results for their Baccarat tables as well as Playing Card Management System (PCMS) to manage and track their card operations.

In addition, it uses our Valet Parking System (VPS) to manage their valet parking operational workflows.

iNSys implemented PCMS for 8 cruise ships of Star Cruises and Dream Cruises: Star Pisces, Super Star Virgo, Super Star Aquarius, Super Star Gemini, Super Star Libra, The Taipan, Genting Dream and World Dream.

This is the first time PCMS supports card operations for cruise ships. Although the cruise ships’ card flow is different from the land-based casinos, PCMS is tailored to fit the operations seamlessly. iNSys team provided on-site support for all the cruise ships and the system go-live was successful.

iNSys has implemented “Careers Guide Online” website (www.careersgo.org) for Macau New Chinese Youth Association and Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ). The website provides admission information for different universities and colleges in mainland China. It is publicly launched on 20 October 2017.

Gongzi Jeju Casino, located inside Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel on the Korean resort island of Jeju, offers 45 gaming tables and 24 slot machines to its customers. Gongzi Jeju Casino has adopted our gaming solutions, including Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) and Playing Card Management System (PCMS). During its soft opening period in April 2017, iNSys team provided on-site support and technical assistance to ensure the systems can run smoothly.

iNSys implemented PCMS for Okada Manila, a casino resort and hotel complex located in Manila, Philippines. During its opening period in December 2016, iNSys team provided 24x7 on-site support for PCMS and the go-live was a smooth and successful one.

iNSys implemented various systems for Wynn Palace including Playing Card Management System (PCMS), Baccarat Scoreboard Display (BSB), Team Development System (TDS), Gaming Equipment Tracking System (MSTS) and Bus Operating System (BOS). To ensure successful software implementation for Wynn Palace, iNSys team provided 24x7 on-site support during its opening period in October 2015.

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino is the first 5-Star rated luxury hotel and casino in Central Luzon situated in the flourishing metropolis of Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, Philippines. It has adopted our Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) for displaying the game result of the Baccarat tables and improving patrons’ gaming experience.

iNSys implemented PCMS for Studio City and provided on-site support during its opening in October 2015 to ensure the system and card operations was running smoothly.

Widus Hotel and Casino, located in part of the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ), offers a 48,437-square-foot casino with 54 gaming tables and 342 slots. iNSys deployed Baccarat Score Board System (BSB) for the Baccarat tables in Widus Hotel and Casino.

Tigre de Cristal Casino, opened in November 2015, is the first casino opened in Primorye region, on the eastern coast of Russia. This is also the first time PCMS is implemented in Russia.

Wynn Macau has been using our Card Track System (CTS) since its opening in 2006. In October 2015, Wynn Macau switched to our Playing Card Management System (PCMS) which offers user-friendly interfaces and provides more functions. iNSys migrated CTS data and settings to PCMS for Wynn Macau, minimizing the impact on system migration.

Broadway Macau, opened in May 2015, is the 3rd property of the Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) that adopts PCMS. GEG adopts PCMS Table-Lite solution to track and secure the card operations at table-level.

iNSys developed and implemented Continuing & Professional Education (CPE) website for the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in Hong Kong. The website mainly provides information of the courses offered by the VTC member institutions and students can apply the courses online. The website is implemented with accessible web design and responsive web design.

First opened in 1997, Crown Melbourne is a large integrated resort and has Australia’s largest casino, three hotels, function rooms, award winning restaurants and world-class shopping and entertainment facilities.

To manage and track the card usage of more than 200 card game tables in the casino, Crown Melbourne replaced the manual and Excel based process with PCMS in February 2015.

During the soft opening of City of Dreams Manila in December 2014, iNSys team provided 24x7 on-site support for PCMS and the go-live was a smooth and successful one.

In May 2014, PCMS was adopted by four SJM properties: Grand Lisboa, Casino Lisboa, Casino Oceanus at Jai Alai and Crystal Palace Casino.

PCMS is able to support multi-properties and different card flows for different properties. PCMS for SJM deals with a sophisticated system flow, with the card flow between the central warehouse, above casinos and various number of non-system casinos. It changes their card operations from manual process to automated process, streamlines the manual data entry process and improved efficiency.

iNSys deployed more solutions for Wynn Macau including eLearning Platform and HR Job Fair. eLearning Platform supports learning in Wynn Macau as well as enhances education delivery and management by automating the learning courses. HR Job Fair System enables the human resources staffs to collect job applicants’ information and capture their photos using mobile devices.

iNSys developed and implemented Online Admission System (OAS) for VTC. VTC uses OAS to automate student application and admission processes, facilitating administrative staff and students, and significantly reducing paperwork and application processing time.

iNSys implemented Valet Parking System (VPS) for MGM Macau to manage and track their valet parking operations. The system go-live in August 2013 was smooth and successful.

Opened in July 2013, The Grand Ho Tram Strip is Vietnam's first large-scale integrated resort and is designed to be a beach-friendly gaming resort, which combines Vegas style entertainment with the adventure of Vietnam and a great California style beach.

The Grand Ho Tram Strip uses PCMS to manage and support their card operations. During the opening period, iNSys team provided technical assistance and 24x7 on-site support for PCMS, ensuring the system and card operations was running smoothly.

iNSys implemented a number of successful hospitality and gaming solutions for Wynn Macau including Wine Inventory and Security Tracking System (WIS), Gaming Equipment Tracking System (MSTS), Lottery Promotion System (LDS) and Valet Parking System (VPS).

Galaxy Macau officially opened its Phase 1 on 15 May 2011. During the opening period, iNSys team provided 24x7 on-site support for the Card Management System (PCMS) and the system go-live was smooth and successful.

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore. At its opening in 2010, it was billed as the world's most expensive standalone casino property. It has adopted our BSB Enterprise to display the Baccarat game results.
