The Vocational Training Council (VTC) is the largest vocational education, training and professional development group in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) is one of the member institutions of VTC offering vocational education to post-secondary students in Hong Kong through its nine campuses located across the territory
