Hotel F&B team realized the need to implement a system which can track the source of supply as well as the life cycle movement of each bottle of wine.
The main objective of the Wine Inventory Tracking System is to keep check the life cycle of each premium wine in Hotel.
Besides, as the dining outlet, lounge, bars, and café has limited space and the font line staffs need to move around, the wine selling has to be implemented on portable devices(iPhone).
• Trace each individual bottle of wine back to the supplier, purchase order, invoice, delivery date, etc.
